Hill Court Manor

Hill Court Manor (grid reference SO574216) is a manor built in 1700 at Hom Green near Ross-on-Wye in Herefordshire. It is currently owned and occupied by Rehau Ltd.

Hill Court was occupied from 1940 to 1945 by Windsor's and Ingle's Houses of Felsted School. Felsted School, Essex, had been evacuated to Mrs Trafford's 3 Herefordshire houses at her invitation to be out of the way of German bombing for the duration. The writer spent 3 delighful years at Hill Court.
